Friday April 23
  • 11.00am - Arrival & Camp Setup 

  • 11.-12.15 - Brunch

  • 2.30-4.00pm - Gentle Vinyasa Yoga & Pranayama

  • 4.30-5:30pm - Meditation

  • 6.00pm - Ayurvedic Cuisine Dinner 

Saturday April 24

  • 7.00-8.30am - Fruit & Teas

  • 8.30-9am - Pranayama

  • 9.00-10.00am - Vinyasa 

  • 11.00am-1.00pm - Brunch 

  • 1.00pm - Wine Tasting at Long Board Winery (optional) 

  • 2.00-3.15pm - Vinyasa

  • 3.30-4.30pm - Meditation

  • 4.30-5.30pm - Indian Dinner 

Sunday  April 25
  • 7.00-8.15am - Breakfast - Fresh Fruit Bar

  • 8.30-9.00am - Pranayama

  • 9.00-10.15am - Vinyasa

  • See you again, Namaste

Please bring: Yoga mat, Yoga Blanket,Yoga props, comfortable and loose fitting clothes for yoga and walking, your camping gears, water bottle, flashlight, life jacket for water activities, sun lotion, layers for night
