Celebrate Spring with a rejuvenating weekend with yogic wellness practices, Ayurvedic cooking classes and the ultimate vine to table wine tasting in a small outdoor paradise at  12020 Chalk Hill Road  inHealdsburg.

  • Surya Namaskar Workshop with Vivek

    • ​Express the attitude of gratitude with your Sun Salutation by chanting the 12 mantras associated with the 12 movements

    • Travel to the depth of your inner most sacred self while following your breath guided by indigenous sounds and instruments ​

  • 9.00pm - Bon Fire/Opening Ceremony 

Saturday May 1
  • 7.00am -108 Suryanamaskar with Mantras

  • 8.30am - Breakfast

  • 10.00am - Edible Food Nature Walk 

  • 11.30am - Ayuvedic Cooking Class & Lunch

  • Free Time ( hiking, relax, Boating/cannoning)

  • 4:30pm - Restorative Yoga 

  • 6:00pm - Dinner And Wine Tasting 

  • 9:00pm - Bon Fire/Sharing Circle

Sunday May 2
  • 7:00am - Vinyasa Yoga with Breathing Practices 

  • 8:30am - Breakfast

  • 10:00am - Workshop - Breath Journey 

  • 11:30am - Detoxing Tea Tasting 

  • 12:30pm - Lunch

  • 2:00pm - Closing Circle/Gratitude Journaling 

  • 3:00pm - Departures
